- Please send email to 99concerts@gmail.com 7 days before the concert if you still didn't receive your tickets.
- If your mailing address is different with your credit card address, please put your shipping address in the note of the credit card form.
- If you purchase the tickets on or after November 15, please use your ID to pick up the tickets at the Will Call table near the venue entrance one hour before the concert.
- The online tickets will have $2.00 per ticket service charge.
