• If your mailing address is different with your credit card address, please put your shipping address in the note of the credit card form. Tickets will be mailed out 14 days after your purchase.
• If your mailing address is outside of United States, please use your ID to pick up the tickets at the Will Call table near the venue entrance one hour before the concert.
• If you have not received your tickets by 7 days before the concert, please contact us at 99concerts@gmail.com.
• For orders placed on or after October 14, tickets will not be mailed. Instead, please bring a valid photo ID and pick up your tickets at the Will Call table near the venue entrance beginning one hour before the concert.
• The online tickets will have $5.00 per ticket service charge.
